Hello Everyone,
In the LD Group There is Not a lot of Rule's only a Few basic one's
A Good Operator Does not need a lot of Rules :
There is NO Yearly Renewal Fee's . Only a One Time
Membership fee . If you want QSL's and Yearly Directory's
these must be purchased But Not mandatory .
You Must be in contact with the World President or your Coordinator
every 2 years to let them know you still wish to use the number .
Purchasing QSL Cards or Directories show's you are an active
Member and so no yearly renewals are necessary.
if No contact in 1 year the World President Or Coordinator
will send you a letter to see if you want to still use the number or not .
if no response then the number may be re-issued .
